"Those who know Not that they are One, Act not as One. Those who act not as One, Create not Love, but suffering and disharmony. What you create, you receive. The Fruits of Your acts will follow your days."
Okay, here at Spiritual Stew we have discovered that most humans are living a life in delusion, our bodies were created to absorb and dispense certain nutrients and being a part of God we should be able to distinguish between death and real food. As a spiritual person, we must start with what we put in our bodies. Almost everything man has made in the last hundred years involving food has been a travesty of what God intended for humans to eat. A food system includes everything from farm to table. What you eat, where it came from, and how it was grown or processed is more important than many people care to think about. A food system includes everything from the farm it came from, the farmer himself, chemicals vs organic, trucking or shipping involved to get it to you, processes the food goes through, the distributor who buys it first, the dealer who buys from the distributor, the dealer who then sells it to you. This process has many facets. So, what exactly are you eating? Is it natural as God intended? Is it processed and added to? Is it cooked, baked, preserved or pasteurized? What are you eating and what are you willing to do to insure that what you are eating is viable life generating food? If you are like most Americans, you could not care less. What is cheapest and already made or fast and easy is the name of the game. Fast food, what an oxy moron! Fast food at one time meant food you could not catch or shoot. This website is about being one with God and the universe and what we put into our bodies is the first step to knowing our place and our role with the universe and God. Please feel free to look around the site and see what it means to be alive here on planet earth as children of God and how we are living that role. There are many lessons here and things we would like to share. Not everything may be as you believe or perceive it to be. And we are not saying this is absolutely how it has to be done but with over eighty years of experience combined among the members here at Spiritual Stew, the many life lessons and tips we have to share are well worth considering.
